International Centre for Birds of Prey – Newent

Great for bird watchers and animal lovers alike, there are many impressive birds of prey on show in some beautiful grounds. Kids will love this day out – and so will the adults! There are flying shows and demonstrations throughout the day, with informative and fun commentaries.

Battlesports Glos – Newnham

If you are looking for something fun to do as part of a group – say, a hen or stag party, a birthday party or even just something a little different with the family – why not try Battlesports Glos? Like the real-life version of a video game, you get to burn off some energy and enjoy a safe and lively competition amongst friends!

Dragon Boat Regatta – Gloucester

In the city of Gloucester itself, the Dragon Boat Regatta is held every May. Chinese-style dragon boats are raced throughout the day, providing thrilling and colourful scenes. The Old New Inn Model Village – Cheltenham

This world-famous model village is suitable for all ages. It is an interesting scale replica (one-ninth the size of a real village) of the beautiful Bourton-on-the-Water.
